Since it’s such a short time go to Bali which is beautiful. Burma is extraordinary and deserves much more that 4 days. Plan a 2 to 3 week trip to Burma. HCMC meh. Hanoi amazing but not so pretty. If you really want to pack your 4 days full go to Siem Reap, stay at the Bliss Villa (just google it) and get Don to arrange a day trip to Prec Toal Bird Sanctuary for one day, Phnom Kulen for one day, Angkor Wat for 2 days. Still, I’d choose Bali, just for the beauty.
